José Parlá was the guest of honor at a commencement party that paid tribute to the two murals he recently endowed in Toronto at the Concord City Place. As revealed in an interview with The Ministry of Artistic Affairs, there will also be a signing for his new book at The Standard Hotel in New York on March 5th.
