Portuguese artist Alexandre Farto aka Vhils was recently in Germany where he created this new portrait of Angela Merkel on the streets of Berlin.
Adding a third eye (eye of providence) to the German chancellor, this is as usual with Vhils a superb piece but this time around he added his comment on the recent European's events.
