Argentina-based muralist JAZ just completed his first mural in Richmond for the G40 Art Summit.
This brilliant new piece featuring a delicate watercolor effect was painted using asphaltic paint also known as bitumen, mixed with petrol and blended with industrial white emulsion, asphaltic paint provides the complex array of tones which give JAZ’s pieces their remarkable textures.
This one is located on 212 W. Broad in Richmond
