Philippe Baudelocque New Mural In Paris, France

Earlier this week, French street artist Philippe Baudelocque painted these beautiful seahorses on the streets of Paris.
He takes chalk art to a whole new level, drawing on a black background, his animals always look like constellations on a dark night, each new piece is composed of cells, and each cell has its own pattern.
