Last week-end, our friend Birdman stopped by Known Gallery in Los Angeles to discover “The Jungle”, the new solo show by Victor Reyes from MSK.
With this large new body of work, Reyes’ highlights the savage nature of humanity in America’s modern days while also exposing the primal pulse of our contemporary culture.
The Jungle theme first popped up on his black and white murals and they have now been translated into many paintings on wood with a large colour palettes.
With this impressive new body of work, the artist reveals very real emotions of survival and dominance in an exhibition that encapsulates Reyes’ stark and meaty vision of our civilization

If you are in California, “The Jungle” runs until April 7th at 441 North Fairfax Avenue Los Angeles, CA 90036
