After the non stop rain in UK these past few weeks, Phlegm finally managed to sneak out while the weather was good.
He just completed this new piece depicting series of boxed people on a two metre block of concrete in the woods close to Sheffield.
As usual with Phlegm, he is continually making great use of abnormal spaces for his outdoor work.
