Spanish street artist Escif recently completed another piece on the streets of Mexico during his visit for the All City Canvas Festival (covered).
As usual with the Spaniard and just like all of his pieces, this new mural entitled Temporary Autonomus Zone has a special signification.
“T.A.Z.: The Temporary Autonomous Zone” is a book by anarchist writer Hakim Bey published in 1991. It is composed of three sections, “Chaos: The Broadsheets of Ontological Anarchism,” “Communiques of the Association for Ontological Anarchy,” and “The Temporary Autonomous Zone.” –Escif
If you are in Mexico, this new mural can be seen in the area of Tepito.
