After several days of work, Belgian artist Steve Locatelli recently completed this brilliant large-scale mural on the streets of Kazan, the capital and largest city of the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia.
Painted for the Made In Kazan Festival, Locatelli's new snake can be seen Бондаренко, 24, Kazan.
