Isrealian artists Jack TML (TheMeaningLess) and Signer AFK recently hooked up to paint this sweet new collaboration on the streets of Jerusalem.
Entitled "When There Is No Sun...", the newly formed duo delivers a simple and melancholic piece featuring two characters linked together by a common city.
