While we last heard from him last October in Peru (covered), El Decertor is now in Colombia where he just completed this new piece in Cartagena.
Painted in the neighbourhood of Getsemaní, the Peruvian artist painted this beautiful piece which talks about the struggle of the people from Getsemani. Refusing to be displaced, the residents are struggling to preserve the identity and memory of their community.
