While we last heard from him earlier this month in Nelson (covered), ROA is now in Dunedin, New Zealand where he just started working on this new piece.
The work, which he started this morning, should be finished tomorrow evening. Roa, who shied away from revealing his identity, said he had learnt to create street art at a fast pace. The nature of working outside means he is at the mercy of weather conditions, so he does not have the luxury of time. He was lured to Dunedin by various businesses and organisations, after his recent participation in a street art festival in Christchurch (covered).
