A few days ago in Europe, Alexis Diaz and JAZ opened “La Linea” their first exhibition in London at RexRomae Gallery curated by Rom Levy.
In a jam packed venue filled with VIPs such as Jamie Oliver, the attendees were in for a real treat discovering a new body of work by the Puerto Rican superstar Alexis Diaz and the Argentinean legend JAZ.
For this show, JAZ juxtaposed football hooliganism with wrestling using different mediums such as tar, petrol, or lime, while Diaz and his insane amount of details depicts surrealistic creatures by morphing different animals into each other and including elements of the human body.
