While you discovered some exclusive progress shots a few days ago, Allison Torneros aka Hueman has now wrapped up her piece in Cozumel, Mexico.
In town for Pangeaseed and SeaWalls Murals For Oceans, the American artist brought some of her signature imagery for the locals to enjoy. She painted a portrait of the renowned oceanographer and deep ocean explorer, “Her Deepness” Sylvia A. Earle. Earle was the first female chief scientist of the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and was named by Time Magazine as its first Hero for the Planet in 1998.
Hit the jump for a few images on this artwork and stay tuned for more updates from the Island of Cozumel.
