Luka Rados paints “Laocoon”, a new piece in Banja Luka, Bosnia

Banja Luka, hometown of Flaster festival, just got richer by a fresh piece by a young local artist, Luka Radoš. Luka spent some 30hrs working on this original work, inspired by the Greek mythology.
The artist picked Laocoon, a Trojan priest who was attacked, with his two sons, by giant serpents sent by the gods, as a symbol of misunderstood individuals in society. His story symbolizes the struggle of visionaries against the masses and the powerful elite. With this unique style consisting of sharp expressive lines, using very limited color palette, the young artist painted this striking work that measures 15x5m.
