The streets of Honolulu just experienced a tropical invasion with our good friends from Brazil Bicicleta Sem Freio.
In town with JUSTKIDS for the 2016 POW! WOW! Hawaii street art festival, the duo created this super intricate and vibrant mind-boggling piece.
Bicicleta Sem Freio is formed by Douglas de Castro and Renato Perreira. The two are recognized worldwide for their sexy ladies, expressive line work and warm, vibrant color schemes. Bicicleta’s style draws references from their roots in music, Brazilian culture, their love for 80s and pop iconography.
The piece is located in the Kaka’Ako district of Honolulu and can be found on 835 Queen Street in front of the now defunct Fresh Cafe.
