While this new piece is yet to be unveiled on his website, here is Banksy’s third Stencil in New York City for his “Better Out Than In” Street Exhibition.
Probably entitled “You Complete Me…”, this funny stencil of a dog peeing on a fire hydrant can be found on 24th street & 6th avenue.
